The CARPA program and the bio-digital transformation of the human world

From the beginning of the 2020s, in direct temporal and operational connection with the COVID undertaking, the operational phase of the CARPA program is activated. The program combines DARPA nanotechnology with the systematic release of aerosols from aircraft and operates as a closed, multi-level system. The global health crisis was integrated into the same framework as a collaborative and interconnected stage; it functioned as a catalyst for the mass acceptance of medical interventions and as a testing ground for the wide dispersal of biological and nanotechnological elements. The vaccination campaigns, the tracking systems and the movement restrictions created the conditions for the first large-scale introduction of nanochips and mRNA carriers into the population. Thus COVID does not appear as an independent event, but as a necessary preliminary stage that accelerated the installation of the biological layer of the network.

Behind the whole stands the centralized power of a timeless oligarchy that includes the houses of BlackRock, Rothschild, Rockefeller, the structures of Bilderberg, the Soros Foundation, the WWF and every analogous entity. These operate as a unified supranational web that directs financing, geopolitics, the ecological narrative and social engineering toward the establishment of the global governance of the One, under whose absolute management the entirety of technology and power will be placed. At the same time China appears as the great eastern pole of the same system; it already possesses the most advanced global network of social surveillance, digital identification and artificial intelligence, seeking global domination through economic, technological and demographic expansion. The possible conflict between China and the West for the final control of the planet is connected with the prophetic image of the “army of two myriads of myriads” that comes from the East (Revelation 9:16).

The program operates through two parallel lines of dispersal that interact with each other.

The first line is the aerosol and environmental dispersal. Nanochips ranging in size from a few micrometers to hundreds of nanometers, manufactured from silicon and graphene with biocompatible coatings, are dispersed together with particles of aluminum, strontium, boron, sulfur oxides and graphene sheets. The nanochips carry microscopic sensors, units for harvesting energy from thermoelectric and kinetic changes, as well as the capability of low-power wireless communication. Their work includes the collection of physiological and environmental data, transmission to nearby nodes and, in certain recipients, the reception of external commands. The metallic and sulfurous particles function as carriers and stabilizers, increasing the residence time in the atmosphere and facilitating the deposition and entry of the nanodevices through respiration and the skin, causing widespread respiratory problems and sclerosing diseases. Graphene provides a conductive network and mechanical strength, sometimes establishing itself permanently in the human organism.

The second line is the biological dispersal through mRNA. The same network incorporates the intake of synthetic mRNA not only through pharmaceutical preparations, but also through standardized foods and drinks. Specially designed mRNA chains enter the organism, functioning as carriers of temporary genetic instruction that allows the cells to produce sensor-proteins or receptor-proteins. These interact with the nanochips, increasing their sensitivity to external signals and facilitating the chemical regulation of neuronal activity. Dispersal through foods ensures continuous, low-intensity renewal of the system without the need for repeated aerosol intervention.

The ecological dimension is reinforced by the WWF and related foundations, which promote the “protection of the planet” as a pretext for the systematic deposition of metallic and sulfurous particles. Thus nature is transformed into a flammable mass; when it is set on fire it yields ash and bare earth, increasing the clarity of satellite imagery and facilitating the diffusion of the 5G/6G networks.

During the dispersal of COVID the system caused widespread symptoms. The combined action of nanochips, graphene and mRNA-produced proteins directly affected the neuronal circuits. Mass phenomena of drowsiness appeared through the regulation of ULF and ELF frequencies, panic attacks from sudden disturbances in the amygdala and the autonomic nervous system, as well as inertia of the olfactory and gustatory centers through temporary blocking of receptors. These symptoms functioned as biomarkers of successful installation and as a means of weakening sensory perception.

Within the same framework is integrated the action of the spike protein of the mRNA vaccines. A study by the McCullough Foundation and Neo7Bioscience, published in the International Journal of Research in Medical Sciences, shows that both the spike protein of the vaccines and the recombinant one of SARS-CoV-2 act as prion-like factors, causing proteostatic collapse, pathological dispersal, transcriptional instability and progressive tissue damage in multiple systems. They exceed sixty-three safety limits of the CDC and the FDA concerning the central nervous system. The spike protein, which is produced in enormous quantities, crosses the blood-brain barrier and triggers a cascade of neurological damages. Analysis of VAERS data from 1990 to November 2024 identifies everything from meningitis and encephalitis to brain abscesses and prion diseases. The lipid nanoparticles enter the vessels of the brain; there the spike protein is produced for months. The barrier becomes permeable. The protein behaves as a prion, causing misfoldings similar to Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Amyloid aggregates are formed that create microclots resistant to fibrinolysis (FARMs), blocking small vessels, interrupting the supply of oxygen and blocking immune cells. The result is chronic hypoxia. A study confirms amyloid microclots in one hundred percent of the vaccinated; a companion study in Nature shows the formation of pro-inflammatory clots that cause neuroinflammation and neuronal loss.

The relationship with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is direct; the spike protein activates signaling pathways through Toll-like receptors, increasing p53 and reducing the clearance of cellular waste, increasing the production of beta-amyloid, while the misfolding spreads cellularly as a prion. At the same time it activates molecular mimicry that leads to autoimmune demyelinating syndromes, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome and other neurodegenerative diseases.

After the initial phase follow deaths from cardiac arrests, strokes and cancers. The principal cause is the action of graphene; the sheets accumulate in the tissues, causing chronic inflammation, thromboses and oxidative stress. Together with the metallic particles and the oxidative reactions of the sulfurous components they accelerate cardiovascular damages, cerebral ischemias and carcinogenesis. These deaths are integrated into the broader interest of the New World Order in depopulation.

Through the lockdowns cities and settlements were mapped. Electronic commerce was imposed as almost the exclusive form of transactions, preparing the economically captive society and fully digital money. Human behaviors during confinement were studied in depth; reactions of fear, obedience, endurance of isolation, consumption patterns, psychological ruptures. All these functioned as a global rehearsal of global governance, designed by artificial intelligence and followed by all governments without deviation.

On the social level the Woke Agenda, the Kalergi theory and the action of the Soros Foundation function as tools of cultural and demographic engineering; the dismantling of traditional identities, mass migrations and the weakening of national and religious bonds, so that the population becomes more receptive to a unified global identification.

Before the implementation the atmosphere and the human body functioned as distinct systems. After the activation every individual becomes a potential node. Biosignals, movement patterns, physiological reactions and correlations of brain activity feed in real time systems of artificial intelligence, which return mild electrical or chemical signals that affect attention, mood, emotional response and the tendency toward specific thoughts. The whole functions as a unified network; nanochips → WiFi and G networks (5G, 6G, 7G) → IoT infrastructures → satellite link → processing by artificial intelligence → return of commands. Into this is integrated the HAARP technology together with the satellite networks, emitting signals in ULF and ELF bands that penetrate deeply into the tissues and interact with the natural rhythms of the brain.

Applied quantum mechanics through the installations of CERN (the present one and the under-construction super-CERN beneath Lake Geneva) provides the underlying physical infrastructure for quantum chemical coding, nano-electronics and lattice cryptography that make the bio-digital coupling possible. Artificial intelligence is already being integrated into all activities and tends toward Artificial Superintelligence, which will undertake the absolute management under the central power of the One.

The final application of individual identification and absolute control was manifested through the PCR-test. With this the DNA of each person was connected with the AMKA and, by extension, with the AFM and the identity card. A unique number was issued on a QR-BAR CODE system basis, dependent on the DNA, which was imprinted as a QR-code on the certificate of illness. The following were connected as elements of identification: DNA, AMKA, AFM, identity. Every human being is matched to a unique number detectable through scanners. The issuance of a biometric photograph adds yet another unique number based on an algorithm of facial characteristics. The personal number constitutes the actual number of identification, to which all the others correspond; it constitutes the key of the new type of society and of fully digital money. Without it every economic transaction, movement or access to services is impossible.

For the baptized Orthodox Christian (and for every human being) the acceptance of the personal number or of the electronic identity constitutes a denial of the Faith, because one is identified in the QR-BAR CODE system that refers to the encoding of the number 666 χξς΄ (Revelation 13:17-18). This act is not the actual sealing of the Antichrist. The actual sealing will leave an imprint on the forehead or on the right hand, not visible to the naked eye but detectable by scanners. A necessary precondition is isotopic marking; biochemical alteration at the cellular level through isotopes of metals (such as boron). Subsequently the personal number is invisibly engraved with high-frequency laser in the form of a QR-BAR CODE. Already humanity has received enormous quantities of boron through the chemtrails; the isotopes through preparations are more potent.

Graphene intertwines with the autonomic nervous system and the brain, structurally alters genetic elements, constructing an internal conductive substrate that multiplies the effect of 5G and 6G. The combination of isotopes and graphene transforms the human being into an excited techno-bioreceiver-transmitter, providing a permanent digital interactive imprint. The environment cooperates with satellite systems, HAARP, new-generation devices, IoT and supercomputers of artificial intelligence (in the Python language), with the exclusive purpose of control toward global governance and ultimately the Antichrist.

Within this environment the sealed human being becomes an absolute puppet, over which the new technological system has absolute power, through which the Antichrist will rule; “so that no one can buy or sell except one who has the mark…” (Revelation 13:17).

The system is already collecting through social media, telephony and artificial-intelligence programs everything that concerns the spiritual-psychic, family, personal, professional, social and economic world of each person. Artificial intelligence forms a digital profile and intervenes. The final goal is the bio-digital coupling and the application of the digital identification of the human being as a token in the antichrist system 666. The term token, etymologically connected with the primordial mark, is redefined as an inseparable unity of information and matter. The realization is based on quantum chemical physics, nano-electronics and lattice cryptography, with fundamental contribution from CERN. The process begins with digital mapping; the personal number is converted into an isotopic vector. Through fractional isotopic coding the digits are matched to ratios of stable isotopes (carbon 13, nitrogen 15). This chemical formula is introduced systemically and, through metabolism, is incorporated into the nucleus of the cells and into the structure of the DNA, creating an internal molecular seal that renders every cell a living carrier of the digital token.

Technological superiority is consolidated through graphene nanocrystals that function as an interface between biology and the digital network, as a nano-antenna that amplifies the signal of the isotopic vibrations, allowing non-invasive reading from a distance. On the surface the process is completed with photonic engraving through ultra-short-pulse laser, creating an optical mark with layers of graphene. This functions as a public key, cryptographically linked with the internal isotopic signature (private key). The coupling ensures that the optical signal is valid only when confirmed by the biological truth of the underlying cells.

Artificial intelligence – and in the future Artificial Superintelligence – undertakes the management of the human token through “smart” contracts. Identification is continuous and universal. The token functions as the final seal of acceptance and debt; biological presence is equivalent to a digital signature. The human being, as an absolutely identified biological token, becomes an inseparable part of a global digital web, where his existence is identical with his code and manipulation is the natural consequence of technological certainty.

All these elements act directly and alter the DNA. The synthetic mRNA together with the nanochips and the graphene causes epigenetic and sometimes structural changes. The proteins affect DNA repair mechanisms; the nanoparticles enter the nucleus causing oxidative damages or chromosomal changes. Graphene interacts with the double helices, facilitating mutations and epigenetic silencing of genes related to immune response, neuronal plasticity and the cell cycle. The isotopic marking reinforces these changes, rendering some permanent and heritable at the cellular level. Thus the DNA ceases to be exclusively a biological inheritance and is transformed into a field of continuous intervention by the system.

The strategic aims remain three and interconnected; first, the creation of a continuous global biosensory map, where every marked organism becomes an active, uniquely recognizable node of data collection; second, the possibility of mild and absolutely targeted influence through weak electrical, chemical and frequency signals that regulate attention, emotional response and behavioral tendencies; third, the strategic control of the informational and biological environment, with the metallic particles, the sulfur oxides, the graphene, the selected frequencies and the isotopic markings ensuring the stability of the network and hindering independent biological defense.

The pursuits that arise are the abolition of anonymity on a population scale, the replacement of the traditional means of mass information and social control by direct physiological and frequency intervention, the possibility of prediction and preventive management of social reactions, epidemics, migratory currents and political tensions before their manifestation, as well as the creation of an unpredictable catastrophic advantage for whoever holds the central control of the algorithms. Together with individual marking, the global rehearsal of the lockdowns, the Woke Agenda, the Kalergi theory, the action of the Soros Foundation, the WWF, the economically captive society and digital money, as well as the full integration of artificial intelligence (and in the future of Artificial Superintelligence), the possibility extends to the full utilization of the human being as a biological tool and to the establishment of global governance under the absolute management of the One – which will ultimately be delivered to the Antichrist (Revelation 13:17-18). The image of the beast is artificial intelligence (in the days of the Antichrist, Artificial Superintelligence), which everyone has or will have “worshipped” (Rev. 13:15).

China holds a critical role. It possesses the most extensive system of social credit, digital surveillance and population control, competing with the West in the race of artificial intelligence. The possible conflict is integrated as a possible catalytic phase, in which the “army of two myriads of myriads” acquires geopolitical and prophetic dimension. This race drains the resources of the Earth, reinforcing the pressure for depopulation as a strategic choice.

The final goal is mass intellectual and psychological manipulation. Through continuous collection of internal data and immediate return of regulatory signals the system gradually shapes the cognitive and emotional frameworks within which populations think and react. The manipulation does not appear as external imposition, but as internal regulation of perception, attention and emotional response.

The results after full activation are the abolition of technically feasible privacy, the restriction of the free formation of thought and mood under external regulation of low intensity but high precision, the change in the form of social and political conflicts with the possibility of detection and weakening of mass reactions before they acquire critical extent, the transformation of the human body into part of the infrastructure without clear separation between citizen and surveillance network, and the more effective imposition of power by those who control the algorithms – that is, by the centralized power of the One.

The first global “conspiracy” concerned the admission and use of smartphones worldwide under the pretext of security and the control of terrorism. The second concerns the global acceptance, production and use of artificial intelligence WORLDWIDE AS CYBERSPACE AND DIGITAL GOVERNANCE OF ECONOMIC TRANSACTIONS, SURVEILLANCE AND “SECURITY” with awareness of the expenditure for its maintenance of the most essential resources of the Earth, especially water.

In the spiritual sphere is observed a shrinking of the capacity for autonomous thought and inner concentration, a weakening of the sense of personal meaning and a reduction of the possibility of deep introspection. In mental health an increase of attention disorders, anxiety and emotional instability, dependence on external signals, phenomena of depersonalization, reduced resilience to stress and difficulty in maintaining a stable emotional identity. In physical health the chronic presence of the nanodevices, the metallic/sulfurous particles, the mRNA-produced proteins and the isotopic markings causes a continuous low-grade inflammatory reaction, burdening of the immune system, accumulation in tissues, disturbances of sleep, of the autonomic nervous system, of hormonal balance and of cardiovascular function, increase of fatigue, reduction of physical endurance and acceleration of degenerative processes and cancerous and sclerosing diseases. The alterations of the DNA further reinforce the effects, rendering certain damages irreversible and transmissible.

The overall result is the progressive weakening of human autonomy on all levels; cognition becomes more permeable and less sovereign, psychic balance depends on external regulation and the body functions under continuous biological burden. Health is transformed from an internal state into a parameter that is monitored and regulated by the system. When individual marking is added the human being ceases to be merely a node; he becomes a tool that is directed with precision. Nature has already been transformed into a flammable field that serves the clarity of the satellites and the expansion of the networks. The DNA has begun to be altered. The deaths from cardiac arrests, strokes and cancers have been recorded as an inevitable consequence. The symptoms of drowsiness, panic and loss of smell-taste functioned as the first signs of the installation.
